Hope, Indiana Private Residence

Hoosier Paranormal Research was asked to investigate this private residence in Hope, Indiana. A small town in South-Central Indiana.  The homeowner lives there with her son. She's been keeping a detailed journal of all the events that's been happening to them and has recently emailed it to us.  The journal includes many occurances and the dates they occured.   The investigators present this night were: Robert, Greg, Kenny, Elisa, Kel, Joe and John. Equipment used were;  two static Sony Nightshot IR cameras, one IR camera w/DVR, digital voice recorders, ambiant thermometers, K2 EMF meter, digital EMF meter and digital cameras.  The weather on this night was clear and cool. During the investigation,  the teams experiences were minimal.  Kenny saw a shadow in the bathroom.  Elisa also saw some movement near the same bathroom.  There was also some K2 meter activity during a K2 session where the son asked some questions and seemed to be getting some response. During Robert's EMF base reading tests, the overhead kitchen light spiked the meter.  Kel and Elisa experienced some strange sounds in the "setting" room. Findings:  Unfortunately, HPR was unable to capture any evidence of paranormal activity. Perhaps the spirits didn't want to be revealed this night or perhaps the residual energy was quiet on this night.   Conclusion:  Hoosier Paranormal Research informed the homeowner we captured no evidence of paranormal activity the night we were there.  We also informed them of the high EMF readings of the overhead light in the kitchen and that it perhaps is the cause of activity and changing it may help.  Otherwise, HPR has no evidence to confirm or deny the claims of a haunting and further research is necessary.
